Hi, I’m Avarie Wasp - founder of The Wasp Group (TWG).

So, how’d TWG come to be?

My background is in consulting and operations, where I’ve spent over 10 years helping businesses balance budgets, design efficient processes, and create thoughtful systems that actually work. I’ve worked with Fortune500 companies to scrappy startups, and all sizes in between — helping bring structure to big ideas — transforming scattered workflows and unclear finances into clear, strategic action.

But my heart has always been drawn to the creatives. I grew up surrounded by them — my mother is a book writer and publisher, my godmother a commissioned artist who now designs luxury clothing, and I’ve done creative work myself, from paid real estate photography to nature photography as a personal passion. Over the years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the way creative brilliance and business reality often clash.

That’s why I started The Wasp Group - to provide structure and support to creatives through compassionate yet razor sharp operational guidance and support.
