Frequently asked questions.

Why creatives?

I truly enjoy empowering creatives and I’ve seen time and time again the lack of business support is why most creatives fail in turning their passion into a career. Creatives have a love of creation, but not discipline of business (which is expected!). Without systems, creatives reinvent the wheel with every client, which wastes time and limits scalability. Profit & loss, cash flow, ROI, margins—these can feel like a foreign language to creatives. But ignoring financials can mean they don’t know if they’re profitable until it’s too late. Many fail not because of lack of creativity or unique creations or ideas, but simply because expenses outpace revenue. My goal is to see all creative entrepreneurs THRIVE so they can share their creations with the world.

How do I get started?

We’ll start with a no-pressure chat about your business, current pain points, and goals. This helps us understand if we're a good fit for each other. Go to Contact on our site or email me at Avarie@thewaspgroup.com , and we’ll plan a time to chat!

Is there a wait list?

Not at the moment! All of my partnerships are fluid and scalable.

What’s the payment structure?

After our initial call we will align on a monthly payment or retainer. Depending on what level of support you need will give us a baseline.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope! all monthly or retainer payments are made up front and there is no ongoing commitment from there.

What kind of creatives have you seen benefit from this type of service?

All kinds! Professional photographers and videographers, commissioned painters, hair stylists, salon owners, professional makeup artists, tattoo artists, content creators including social media influencers, fashion and clothes designers, Etsy shop owners … the list goes on! The truth is, what they all have in common is a passion to create, and my goal is to free them from anything that curbs that!
